Been a couple of days but back now. A small challenge for me is to write and update my FB page daily again. Haven’t been as good lately at achieving my daily activity goal but have reached 10K or more steps for the day. Plan on walking some today during day football games since the Chiefs are the Sunday Night game this week.



Been a long while since I’ve been here. My computer crashed and keep forgetting to post from my iPad. Starting a new training month in about an hour I renew my package. So far Day 1 has been good but need to measure if not tomorrow then on Friday morning before breakfast. Achieved my daily activity goal but haven’t reached 10K steps for today yet.


Achieved my daily activity goal but haven’t gotten 10K steps yet but will soon during Royals Rays pregame and a few inning is needed. Great workout this morning and will decide what I want to do on Friday if I want to lift or just cardio only.


Achieved my daily activity goal and have a little less than half to reach 10K steps for today so will get that done shortly.  New tracker works great and was nice to just jump right into my workout and not have to first activate my chest strap for the heart rate feature.
