7/19/18

All green yesterday and almost all green today. Got in an awesome Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and 15min on the elliptical this morning. Tomorrow’s plan is Abs/Cardio that was preloaded on the gym app. Work early tomorrow and Saturday so getting a shower soon so I don’t have to get up earlier than normal tomorrow.  Crushed my 250+ steps per hour for 10hrs goal today and should be easy tomorrow too.

Was all green yesterday and close to being all green today just need calories burned. Crushed my 250+ steps per hour goal for 10hrs both yesterday and today.  Crushed a double leg workout and a 15min incline treadmill walk after.  Tomorrow’s workout plan is Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and 15min of post workout cardio not sure which machine I’ll do yet.

7/17/18

Went all green yesterday and almost there today. Got in a great Back/Biceps and 15min of post workout cardio which I decided to get on the elliptical again. Tomorrow’s workout plan is legs day part2 and 15min of post workout cardio. Almost forgot to blog before getting ready for work as I work 5PM-9:30PM tonight then am off for 2 days. Will be all green and crush my 250+ steps per hour goal for 10hrs shortly after getting to work about an hour into my shift.

Went all green on my Alta HR yesterday and am getting close today. Got in a great Legs day part1 and 15 min on the elliptical. Johnyee encouraged me to get on the elliptical to encourage cowboy who is in contest prep and was on the other machine. Tomorrow’s workout plan is Back/Biceps and 15min post workout cardio.

Went all green yesterday and almost all green today but might or might not go green in active minutes. Crushed my steps per hour goal today. Workout plan for tomorrow is Legs day part1 and 15min of post workout cardio after getting off work at 5PM. Almost forgot to blog so decided to do it now while watching America’s Got Talent on TV.

Almost all green for today and hope to crush my steps per hours goal. Trainer loved the idea of an abs/cardio only day on Friday just need to find a workout and schedule it.  So close to going all green just need calories burned and active minutes.  Decided to do all of my blogging before church so if I don’t want to I don’t have to turn my computer on after I get home.

7/13/18

All green yesterday and today too with 15K steps for the day. Got in a great Chest/Shoulders/Triceps and 15min incline treadmill walk this afternoon.  Schedule posted earlier that expected so I know I can get into the gym 5 days and do Friday as a cardio only day will see what Johnyee thinks of that idea.  Work 8AM-5PM on Monday so not sure if I want to get into the gym or not but if I do then I can go cardio only on Friday.
